2009 Axis WakeboardsKevin Henshaw’s board is the ultimate in modern day high performance. The perfect combination of fast aggressive edging and a fun, loose feel can all be found with this ride.

Aggressive, Three-Stage Rocker
– Straighter through center with exaggerated curve out the tips – quick transitions into the tail section for a straight up pop off the wakes.

D-I-S-C hull through center

– Double-Inside-Single-Concave…Softens landings and maintains board speed.

Quad Channel / Quad Fin

– Controlled water flow through ends for extra thrust and lift.

Variable Edge Rail

Quad Molded-in Warped Fin Setup
– Speed, hold, and projection out of turns and off the wake.

This stick is the shiz with only one slight down-side which could depends on riding style but the board is not very loose, but with a board that tracks as well as this one I could certainly justify having to force my weight onto the center of the board more in order to surface spin.

Want a board where you can have your cake and eat it to? The 2009 Axis tacks on another great iteration.

This wakeboard pulls of surface spins without a problem by simply centering your weight and flipping around the board. Great speed when holding an edge with a durable core.

The only downside I felt was that the Axis felt a little loose.
