2009 Clash Wakeboard Reviews

March 26th, 2009 · 1 Review

2009 Clash WakeboardsInspired by our Cable Champion Nick Davies, we’ve created a board specifically for cable use that crosses over to the wake when desired, introducing the CLASH! Shaped with an abrupt continuous rocker and four A-Wing fins, the Clash is a smooth carver that holds a solid edge. The Clash delivers a great pop off the wake and a light swing weight to help fill your bag of tricks. Our Enduro base and Poly fins hold up to any abuse you can dish out on the kickers and sliders at your local stomping grounds.

Features

  • 6 Degree Angled Fins
  • Abrupt Continuous Rocker
  • Outer Guide Molded-in Fins
  • Subtle Step-Down Rail
  • Monocoque Construction
  • Layered Glass
  • Enduro Base
  • Limited Lifetime Warranty

Bio2 Core
Our secret little recipe we have been perfecting since day one. This core material is the gold standard in the industry and used through out our line.

Layered Glass
Non-woven glass available in 4 sizes depending on the board. Over time, traditional woven glass fibers will separate. With layered Glass Every Hyperlite deck will have the same snap on a double after 5 seasons as it will on the first one.

Monocoque Construction

Integrating the top glass and the bottom glass into one. Generating a more durable board on side impacts thus preventing the ol’ side delimitation.

The Clash 138 cm is way too slow deck. Even though it is good on sliders and kickers.

The enduro base came off of the molded in fins after the firs ride.

I would not recommend it to anyone.
