Murray Hyperlite WakeboardsMurray Hyperlite Wakeboards

Information:
Not since Snoop and Dre has a legendary duo turned out a hit this good. The all new 2008 Murray is the product of two industry icons. Shaun worked together with long time rider and designer Greg Nelson to perfect his shape for 2008. Taking everything Shaun asked for into account Greg designed a masterpiece featuring a dual rocker line which carries all the speed of a continuous rocker while on edge and the pop of a 3 stage off the wake. The variable edge design makes for a soft, forgiving center rail which transitions into a sharper cupped rail tip and tail. Combined with a canted footbed the Murray makes for a fast responsive ride without sacrificing the pop.

Features:
– Greg Nelson Design
– Fusion Core
– Dual Rocker Line
– Exaggerated Landing Zone
– Canted Footbed
– Variable Edge Design
– Monocoque Construction
– Lifetime Warranty
– Built in the USA

GND:
Product designed by one of wakeboarding’s true innovators, Greg Nelson.

Fusion Core:
Fusion is just that, our two best core materials put together to create a strong yet snappy ride, then machined for a perfect fit.

Monocoque Construction:
Integrating the top glass and the bottom glass into one. Generating a more durable board on side impacts and prevents the ol’ side delamination.

Layered Glass:
A non-woven glass available in 4 sizes depending on the size of the board. Over time, woven glass fibers will separate. Every Hyperlite deck will have the same snap on a double after 5 seasons as it will on the first one.

Limited Lifetime Warranty:
There is no need for buyers remorse. We back our boards up.

The dual rocker is out of this world for control, pop and landing feather soft. It lends itself easy to spins as well because of the concave shape from tip to tail. A must ride for any serious boarder and is worth every penny. USA built, the best board I have ever ridden, kudos Hyperlite.

A must ride, for 08, a little hefty on the price side but all good things come at a price these days. With the awesome control I have come to expect from the good old boys at Hyperlite with a dual rocker setup creating incredible pop and butter soft landings.

Road around on this board all week as a demo and it is simply an all around awesome board that is fast, light, tracks great, with super pop and is feels predictable during all aspects of wakeboarding.

I just started riding the Murray and damn, this board has some serious pop that launches you super high with soft landings. It is not necessarily as fast or light as my SubVI but overall I like this addition to my arsenal. I like how the bottom is shaped and you can pull surface spins all day without catching an edge, awesome 08 wakeboard for sure.

Overall a super kick ass board that has a very predictable, smooth ride. It had been a while since I had hopped on a Hyperlite wakeboard but am glad I went with the Murray and its solid feel with huge pop. My only suggestion would be to take off the fins.

After finally deciding to stick with the 140 I felt a little more stable that just needed a slight increase in speed in order to plane better across the water, a decent board.
