Many have called the Vallhalla one of the greatest shapes ever produced, and is a favorite among the O’Brien team. This year we added O’Brien’s own DELTA base technology to make this board even better. A thin tip and tail make for a light weight deck and incredible swing weight. The Valhalla has proven to be a powerhouse in the O’Brien line and will be for quite some time. It’s already become a favorite of many team riders and the deck of choice for the rider wanting to push the limits this summer. The Valhalla has a variable beveled edge which is soft in the mid-section for a skate feel when flat, and smooth ride in rough conditions. The deck is equipped with a progressive 3-stage rocker. What does that mean you ask? That means this deck carries speed like a continuous rocker board, but pops like any other 3-stage board. Just for added kick off the wake we widened the tip and tail profile. The concave hull displaces water upon impact for softer landings, so you are already covered on all those huge airs you’ll be hooking up on.
